  •  Complete all 3  (5)online formatives within deadlines
  •  2 OSLERs, 2 CBD, 2 mini-CEX- satisfactory
  •  Specified list of T:DOCS all signed off

 

Professional Criteria

  •  Satisfactory attendance at least 80% - keep the log book
  •  Satisfactory Professional behaviour
  •  Satisfactory Engagement with learning
  •  Satisfactory Engagement with the clinical team
