Compassionate Leadership can improve team functioning and wellbeing. Following recent events our roles as leaders, supervisors and managers are going to be even more important.
This workshop will briefly focus on understanding normative and understandable responses to significant events and how to provide optimum conditions to facilitate recovery including Post Traumatic Responses and Growth, Grief and Guilt.
The majority of the workshop will focus on how to support and harness natural resilience, how to support ourselves and others, how to check in on our team and how to access additional support if needed.
We kindly ask that you choose one webinar to attend and complete the short registration link to confirm your attendance.
The registrations are based on first come first serve basis. Once the maximum capacity has been reached, the registration will close and you will be unable to book on.
